SHIPPING POLICY
Aqua Beauty Salon offers free delivery within the UK

Working Days are Monday to Friday, not including public holidays. We hold stock of most items and aim to despatch regular orders within 24 hours of receipt. You should receive your parcel within 2-3 working days.

If you know you are not going to be at home at the time of delivery, please provide us with an appropriate delivery address. We will happily deliver to your work address if you are not at home during the day. Please be sure to include both your billing address and your delivery address at the checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you by e-mail.

We endevour to dispatch within 24 hours from order of receipt. Where we do not have sufficient stock, there may be a slight delay. All deliveries will be made using first class post.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
